Jason David, Managing Director

With over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Jason David is a senior-level security expert who has led emerging threat intelligence and global security initiatives across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions. He previously served as Vice President, Intelligence Services, with Allied Universal, Risk Advisory & Consulting Services (RACS), overseeing P&L with accountability for revenue and profit while driving business development and new service/product initiatives.

Prior to his role at RACS, Jason held the position of Senior Director, Intelligence & Risk Operations Center at G4S, where he designed and built the company's first global risk intelligence program and GSOC. He also achieved the Global Intelligence Management Award five times during his tenure with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and was recognized by the U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence for valuable threat intelligence and mitigation as Intelligence Group Manager for the Miami Field Division.

Jason's earlier career experience includes roles as Associate, Research Analyst for Kroll, Inc. and Investigator for the State of New Jersey. He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, a master’s degree in criminal justice administration from Villanova University, and a bachelor’s degree in history and law & Justice from Rider University. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and has conversational and basic communication abilities in Turkish, Spanish, and Arabic languages.

Karna McGarry, Senior strategic advisor

Karna McGarry is a highly accomplished consultant with extensive experience in the private and public sectors. Currently, she serves as a consultant with Red 5 Security, providing strategic and risk analysis to a diverse range of clients. Karna's experience includes working as an analyst with the Central Intelligence Agency and serving in various positions at the Office of General Counsel at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of State in the Legal Department and Near Eastern Bureau. She has provided invaluable insight to Fortune 50 companies and other clients on global and regional security threats. Karna has also assisted in building and training intelligence analyst teams and threat monitoring operations.

Ms. McGarry has authored numerous strategic white papers on global and regional security threats to U.S. and international companies. Her extensive field experience in the Middle East and Europe, as well as her warzone service, have given her invaluable insights and a unique perspective on global security matters. Karna holds a M.A. in International Relations and a Juris Doctor, with honors, from American University. Her expertise in law and international relations has proved invaluable in her various roles in both the public and private sectors.

Manny Dimov, Senior Cyber Security Advisor

Manny Dimov is a distinguished cybersecurity expert with a rich professional history spanning the elite sectors of the industry. Recruited by Raytheon's top-tier MSSP at the young age of 18, he took on the role of security consultant, overseeing multiple significant contracts. His responsibilities encompassed military establishments, government entities, nuclear energy facilities, and renowned private clients such as Blackrock, the International Monetary Fund, and Micron Semiconductors, among others. Manny boasts firsthand experience in confronting advanced persistent threats (APT) from nations like Russia, North Korea, Iran, and China. His vast expertise in penetration testing has seen him lead various red teams in intricate assignments within some of the most technologically forward private sector environments. Additionally, Manny has constructed and spearheaded incident response functionalities for one of the world's premier media corporations. His subsequent roles involved threat hunting, creating threat intelligence channels, and engaging in detection engineering, pooling his knowledge with a diverse group of adept security professionals with esteemed histories in defense contracting, intelligence agencies, and military branches.

John Clarke, Director, Operations

John Clarke is a former U.S. diplomat with extensive experience in international relations and global security. He has advised on worldwide risk, crisis management, and international cooperation in the US, Maghreb, and Latin America. John has coordinated the delivery of essential goods and evacuation of thousands of expatriates and locals from acts of war, hurricanes, volcano eruptions, and earthquakes in Ukraine, Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Haïti, the Southern Caribbean, and Lebanon. Throughout his career, he has supported global travel security, risk management, and crisis management for Amazon, Apple, Disney, Purdue University, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. John currently serves as the Senior Strategic Risk Advisor for a Fortune 100 company. He is multilingual and has a B.A. in Economics from Morehouse College and an M.A. in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University. John speaks Spanish, French, and Italian, and has a working knowledge of Haitian Creole and Portuguese.
